Michelle Wilsak grew up in Tempe, AZ. Her curiosity about herself, her life and how and why she did things led her to her current career as a life coach and speaker.

Starting at a young age, and continuing throughout her life, Michelle experienced many adverse/traumatic events. We all come to a point in our life where we look at our experiences and ask “Why have all these things happened to me?” It was 2017 that Michelle came to this point. It was about 2 months later that she came across a Ted X talk about a CDC Study of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE). She wasted no time looking up and reading the actual study published by the CDC. In doing so she received her answer, and started to view her life and these experiences differently. (These happened “FOR ME, not TO ME.”). According to this study and many others that have published since this time, someone who has experienced the number of ACEs should be depressed, suicidal, self harming, and likely on many prescription medications to regulate a number of diagnosis like anxiety, depression OCD and so on. But she wasn’t. She was able to navigate not only the experiences, but do so without having many of the common side affects in her life.

One of her favorite quotes is “Once you learn the next step is to teach others.” And that is what she is here to do.

While she spent much of her teens and twenties learning about herself, she has focused the latter part of her life in full study of human behavior, she was NLP Certified in 2020 and continues to study and learn from those who have done in depth and extensive studies around trauma, effects of trauma and how to navigate through the many mental health issues that come from life as we know it.

She has studied and pulls much of her inspiration and information from professionals like Tony Robbins, Eckhart Tolle, Dr Joe Dispenza, Mel Robbins, and Gabor Mate to name a few.
